  1. In your account, click the Cancel subscription link
  2. Confirm your cancellation by clicking the green Cancel Subscription button
  3. Help us improve by sharing why you’ve decided to cancel and then click Submit
  4. You’ll see that you no longer have an active subscription

When you’re ready to start again, reach out to our customer happiness team and we will be happy to reactivate your subscription.
