If you’re having trouble logging in to your account please try one of the following options that may address your concern:

  1. You have entered your email address and password correctly and have received an error message such as unidentified user.

    1. There is a chance your account was not completely set up. You can do this now by using the create an account option. You will immediately get a message letting you know that an account activation email has been sent.

      1. Once your account is activated you will be able to access your account.

  2. If you’ve already created an account but don’t remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “forgot your password?” link on the login page.

    1. If you receive the message : Could not find customer. There is a chance your account was not completely set up. You can do this now by using the create an account option. You will immediately get a message letting you know that an account activation email has been sent.

      1. Once your account is activated you will be able to access your account.
