If you’re having trouble logging in to your account, there are a few things you can do. 

If you’ve not already created an account, you can do so by registering here using the email address attached to your purchase. Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive an email allowing you to activate your account. After you’ve activated your account, you will be able to log in using your email address and your newly created password.

If you’ve already created an account but don’t remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “forgot your password?” link on the login page. If you do not receive the reset password email, you may need to create your account following the steps above.
