Our standard serving is 1 scoop (12g) per day. We recommend taking Athletic Greens first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for optimal absorption. If you’re fasting you can take Athletic Greens to break your fast in your normal window and eat shortly after.
Athletic Greens is great with water, but you can mix it up in your favorite smoothie, juice, or milk. Many of our customers enjoy mixing their greens in a 50/50 mixture of water and apple juice. Lots of customers also enjoy mixing their greens in unsweetened almond milk.
- Grab your favorite glass or shaker
- Measure 5-10 ounces of cold water (adjust the amount to your taste, you can use less than 5oz or more than 10oz if you’d like)
- Add your water first - this is an important step as it allows the powder to mix much more easily
- Add 1 scoop of Athletic Greens powder
- Shake or stir until fully blended
- Drink and enjoy!
Once the package is opened, Athletic Greens should be stored in a refrigerator to help prolong the probiotics as they are “alive” and prefer the cold.
