We have a really easy and versatile smoothie recipe that can be adjusted and adapted to your liking.


  • 8 oz cold milk of your choice (we recommend almond or coconut milk)
  • 1 scoop of Athletic Greens
  • 1 banana OR half a cup of frozen mixed berries
  • Optional (for extra thickness and satisfaction): ¼ or ½ of an avocado

Combine all ingredients in a blender and enjoy.

You can experiment with different combinations of fruits and can also add in things like spinach or cacao. Happy blending!
